our story

How did we get into NDIS Plan Management?

Long story short.

Prudent Plan Management was born in 2020. But it actually started a long time before then, just under a different name.

Our CEO, Jane Hadrill (FCPA), ran an accounting firm for 15 years. In 2016, a tax client asked if we could help to manage her son’s NDIS Plan. Jane could see the clear link between accounting and plan management, and so started with this one client. That laid the foundations for what is now Prudent Plan Management, a registered NDIS Plan Manager.

Rules are changing constantly in the NDIS world, and having an accounting background enables us to manage these changes with fresh eyes, and new perspectives.

Jane leads a warm, client focused business, ensuring that participants and providers feel welcome and informed.

Kirsten Merlino

Head Plan Manager

Kirsten has been working with NDIS participants and providing plan management assistance since 2016.

Kirsten is passionate about assisting participants to exercise their right to choice and control of how they use their NDIS funding, as well as making sure that there is a consistent approach across the whole team.
