Participant FAQs
When will the change happen? We are transitioning to the new software over a 6-week period starting 25 July.
Will I be still receiving monthly statements? Yes. While the transition is underway, you may receive a statement from our previous software, as well as a statement from our new software.
Is there an app and portal I can access? If you already use the app and/or portal, we will automatically send a link with login details soon.
Will I be able to access historical invoices? You will be able to get information on previously paid invoices when requested.
Can I still approve invoices? Yes.
Can I speak to the same people? Yes.
Can budgets be quarantined for a provider? Yes.
Can I ask for budget balances? Yes.
Can I request a remittance statement of paid invoices if required? Yes.
Will I need to sign a new service agreement? No
If I am forwarding invoices for reimbursement, where do I send them? Any invoices needing to be paid will be going to the same place. invoices@prudentplanmanagement.com.au

Is there a portal I can access? Yes.
How do I get access to the portal? We will send you a link to the portal and the login details soon.
Will I be able to see my participant records all in one place? Yes.
Will I be able to access historical invoices? You will be able to get the information on previously paid invoices when requested.
Can we still approve invoices? Yes
Can budgets be quarantined for a provider? Yes, there is no limit to the number of providers who can quarantine funds beneath individual budget categories.
Will I be still receiving monthly statements? Yes, and while we are transitioning, you may receive one statement from the previous software and one from the new for the same month.

Provider FAQs
Where do I send invoices? Any invoices should be emailed to the same address: invoices@prudentplanmanagement.com.au
Will I be receiving remittances? Yes, it will include all of the information that was previously included on the remittances.
How fast will my invoices be paid? We aim to process the invoices in the same timeframe as currently.
Can budgets be quarantined for a provider? With our new platform, we can quarantine budgets for particular providers.
Will line items change? Line items can change when the price guide is updated. The system will reflect the updated price guide.
Will my payments go into the same bank account? Payments will be made to your nominated bank account as usual.
